Merry Christmas Eve! Crazy to think another year has passed since last Christmas…

Christmas Eve has only been celebrated on December 24th in the Steele household for the last 5 or 6 years. Most years previously, Christmas Eve was celebrated sometime between December 18th to 22nd, as my dad often had to work over Christmas.

The iPhoto app just notified me of photos taken “on this day” in previous years and it brought up some nice memories from the past Christmases. There were some photos of Christmas eve celebrated in Huntsville – usually a dinner with family and some family friends; some photos of my family in Zurich, Switzerland when we went to spend time with my dad while he was working; some photos of the family plus Caroline on the beach in Belize eating fresh seafood. All of these times hold a special place in my heart, as they all were so different.

There isn’t much of a point to this post, other than to share some photos of what Christmas Eve has looked like to me in the last couple of years 🙂
